- ½ kg organic carrots
- 3-4 tbsp raw honey
Add your diced carrots to a stainless steel pot and add water. Bring the water to a boil, and turn the heat on low. Simmer until your carrots soften.
Take the pot off the heat, strain the liquid and mash the carrots. Add the honey to your water, and add in your mashed carrots. Blend until well combined. You can keep your carrot syrup in your fridge for 3 days.
Take 3-4 tablespoons every day until your condition improves.
