To make this wrap you will need:

  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced (or ginger powder)
  • Raw honey
  • Olive oil
  • Flour
  • Napkins adhesive tape
  • Gauze

How to use it

First, add some honey to your flour and stir well. Add in the olive oil and ginger, and stir again.

Transfer the mixture onto a napkin, and cover with a gauze. Place the wrap on your chest, and secure with an adhesive tape.

If you are using this wrap on your child, let it work for at least three hours. Adults can keep it on their chest overnight. Ginger wraps make you sweat, and has no side effects. However, keep in mind that children have sensitive skin.
